Our Story
The Miami Beach PAL Gym was founded to support the Miami Beach Police Athletic League, a nonprofit organization formed in 1958 dedicated to serving the youth of our community. Every membership directly funds programs that build bonds between law enforcement and the kids they protect.
Located at the south end of Flamingo Park, we offer a welcoming, no-nonsense environment with separate weight and cardio rooms, group exercise classes including yoga and abs, and knowledgeable trainers ready to help you reach your goals.

"All I can say is 'WOW!'. I'm visiting from NYC and this place rocks. I used to visit Crunch Fitness, but the vibe was just off. I decided to try this place and it was not only clean it was such a fun atmosphere. Met a couple gym bro's which helped me further my workout and not let up. Plus, the GM was truly amazing."

"I've been a longtime member at PAL. The staff is very friendly, with a family atmosphere. It never gets too busy nor is there ever a long wait for equipment. Clean gym, affordable memberships without contracts, parking available, knowledgable trainers available, and great hours of operation, which is a huge plus."
